CovaU offers a CovaU Basics plan, an ongoing plan with no discounts or benefits, in all states. In some states, an additional plan is available which tends to be cheaper than the CovaU Basics plan, has a 10-day cooling period and the option to purchase GreenPower.

Renewable Energy Initiatives

CovaU offers the option to purchase GreenPower at an additional cost to have a portion or all of your power sourced from renewable energy generators. 

GreenPower is not available with the Basic plans and is not on offer in Tasmania.

You can purchase GreenPower at the following costs:

• 25% GreenPower: 1.10¢/kWh

• 50% GreenPower: 2.20¢/kWh

• 100% GreenPower: 4.40¢/kWh

Solar Feed-in Tariff

In terms of solar energy initiatives, CovaU offers solar feed-in tariffs at the following rates:

• VIC: 4.9¢/kWh 

• NSW: 5.5¢/kWh

• QLD: 5.5¢/kWh

• SA: 5.5¢/kWh

• TAS: 10.87¢/kWh

• ACT: 5.5¢/kWh

Billing and Payment Options

CovaU Energy has a number of payment options available. You can pay the energy bills with a credit or debit card, BPAY, in person at a post office or by mail.
